Pet Love Grooming Policy

Schedules and Deadlines
Our pet shop operates from Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Reservations outside these hours are subject to availability and additional charges. Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance. Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee of 20% of the total reservation value. In case of a no-show, 20% of the total reservation value will be charged, corresponding to the initial deposit.

Vaccines and Health
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and provide proof of this at the time of reservation or before the service. Pets showing signs of contagious illness or infestation (fleas, ticks, etc.) will not be accepted. If detected upon arrival, the reservation will be canceled, and a sanitization fee may be charged.

Behavior and Safety
The client is responsible for disclosing any aggressive behavior or history of incidents involving their pet. If the pet exhibits aggressive behavior or endangers the safety of other animals or staff, the pet may be refused, and the service will be discontinued without refund.

Responsibility
Our pet shop commits to caring for your pet with the utmost professionalism and attention. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or health issues that worsen during the service. In case of an emergency, we will contact the client immediately. If necessary, the pet will be taken to the client’s designated veterinarian or the nearest veterinary clinic, and all costs will be borne by the client.

Personal Items
Clients must remove collars, leashes, or personal accessories before leaving their pet. The pet shop is not responsible for personal items sent along with the pet.

Payment
Reservations require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. Payments made after the due date are subject to an additional 10% fee on the total amount.

Media Policy
The client authorizes the use of photos and videos of their pet for marketing purposes unless otherwise explicitly requested.

Elderly Pets and Special Conditions
Clients must inform us if their pet is elderly (10+ years), has special needs, or has a medical or behavioral history. Owners of elderly or fragile pets must remain on-site until grooming is completed. If they choose to leave, they assume full responsibility for any changes in the pet’s health.

Matting and Shave-Downs
If a pet's coat is severely matted, a shave-down may be required to avoid pain or injury. Matted coats may hide rashes, wounds, or parasites. Pet Love Grooming is not responsible for pre-existing issues revealed during grooming or minor irritation from dematting.

Emergency Medical Attention
If a pet experiences a medical emergency and the owner cannot be reached, we will act in the pet’s best interest and transport to a veterinary clinic. All costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Pick-Up Responsibility
The client must check their pet before leaving. Complaints after leaving the premises may not be accepted. If someone else is picking up the pet, they must be authorized. Their acceptance of the pet is considered final.

Pet Left After Business Hours
Pets must be picked up by the agreed time. Late pick-ups may incur extra fees, and in rare cases, overnight holding may be required.

False Information
Providing false or incomplete information may result in service refusal or permanent ban. The client is legally responsible for damages caused by misrepresentation.

Validity of Agreement
This agreement is valid for 12 months and applies to all reservations without needing new acceptance each time.

Pets with Alopecia-Prone Breeds
For breeds prone to alopecia (Pomeranians, Spitz, etc.), shave-downs may increase the risk of permanent hair loss. Pet Love Grooming will only perform this when necessary for the pet’s safety, and the owner assumes all responsibility.

Changes and Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. By booking, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these terms.
